Terms
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms cover oskett.com and the Oskett private beta. Using either means you accept them.
What Oskett is
Oskett reads public Form D filings from the US Securities and Exchange Commission and presents them. It is a prototype in private beta, and it will change.
Not advice
Nothing on Oskett is investment, legal or financial advice. A Form D records a filing, not the full terms of a round, and filings can be late, amended or wrong. Check the original filing on SEC EDGAR, which every Oskett record links to, before relying on it.
No guarantees
Oskett is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is complete, current or free of errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made using it.
Fair use
Do not try to break the service, get around access limits, or use Oskett to collect data at scale. The filings themselves are public; get them from the SEC if that is what you need.
