Watch the filings
The SEC publishes every submission it receives, every day, in one public list. Oskett reads that list and pulls out the new funding filings, with the amount, the date and the state.

Private beta, autumn 2026
Oskett reads every SEC funding filing the day it lands, and tells you when a company you watch has raised.
Refreshed from SEC EDGAR every weekday
A Form D is what a company files after selling equity privately. It names the company, the amount raised and the date of the first sale. It is public the moment it is submitted.
Funds file them too, so we count those apart. 76 were companies raising money and 95 were funds. Almost none of those companies were in the news that day. A press release is optional. The filing is not.
Counted from the SEC daily index. Anyone can check it on EDGAR.
How it works
01
The SEC publishes every submission it receives, every day, in one public list. Oskett reads that list and pulls out the new funding filings, with the amount, the date and the state.

02
You tell Oskett which companies you care about. When one of them files, you see the round, its history on EDGAR and the people named in the filing, each figure linked back to the source.

03
Filings that look like a fund, an unsold offering or an old round wait in a review queue for a person to decide. The rest go out as an email when the filing lands, not in a digest at nine the next morning.

Screens from the prototype, with real filings from Friday 18 September. Everything Oskett reads is public, free and meant to be read this way.
Who it is for
Most private raises are never announced. Put your thesis list or portfolio on a watchlist and hear the day one of them files, with the amount, the date and the people named.
A new round is often when a company starts hiring. Watch the companies you want to work for and hear the day they have money to spend, not weeks later from a job board.
Put your closest competitors on a list instead of checking databases by hand. When one files, you see the round and every round it has filed before.
Tell us which companies to watch.
